    Great

Right opposite the Alhambra, 1 min walk. Lovely staff. Very nice room and bathroom. Lots of choice for breakfast. Short walk into town for restaurants

Steep climb back from town but there is a bus, a good way of walking off your dinner ????

The hotel of choice in Granada. We enjoyed food and atmosphere, the property had absolutely everything we needed. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. A heating system, a mini bar and cable channels were available in our queen room.

    Street was noisy.

    Great

Everything else: the breakfast buffet is wonderful, it has everything you can drink and schedule is 3 hours, great. cleaning too. privileged situation of course, that's why I took it, this is already supposed to be in the choice of this hotel. communication with the center is a breeze: walking to the center (downhill about 10-12 min. by microbus when returning to the hotel. We didn't touch the car during the stay, we left it for free at the cemetery. bed is extraordinary with 2 meters width and there is no noise, it is great. If I go back to Granada I will take it again (or the Guadalupe el Alixares because they are together).

Maybe the cafeteria is a decoration when it closes at 3 p.m. However, I only needed it at night to have a drink before going to sleep and I went every day to the one at the ALIXARES hotel next door, without any problem.

    Perfect

-The staff at the reception is lovely. They gave us more help than we had asked for and guided us very well on the Alhambra visit. The best thing about this hotel without a doubt. -If you are going to visit the Alhambra, the location is wonderful. If you are going to visit Granada, you will have a 10 minute walk to the centre, but when you return it will be uphill. So depending on the interests the location may or may not be suitable. . -Breakfast was varied and adequate, but I would have appreciated a natural juice. -The bed was food and spacious.. -You had a teapot with soluble coffee, tea, cups and sugar.. Something that is appreciated and is a good detail.

-We spent two nights, when they renewed the towels, they took off the two small towels and didn't replace them. So we had to use a towel for everything. -The TV was extremely old, the minibar had two cans of coke that were hot. So more than a mini bar it seemed like something that had been left by previous guests (in fact we found out that it was a minibar because when we checked out they asked us if we had consumed it) . -Toiletries were very scarce, it is true that they put a sign saying that we should ask for more if we wanted. But the truth is that for two days you don't want to have to think about that. -They only give you a room card, so if for some reason you have to leave something in the room, it's impossible. Because when you go out and remove the card, everything in the room is disabled.

    Very good

Overall it is very good, room very clean, perfect location (very close to the alhambra) incredible quality/price, food in the restaurant very tasty. We had the check in at 14, we went almost an hour before and they gave us the room without any problem, reception was very kind and attentive. room is spacious and very clean, with air conditioning (essential in the middle of August in Granada) and a fridge. As for the food in the restaurant, it was very good, we didn't know whether to order the pizza but in the end we left very happy and satisfied. only problem we had was that there were some mosquitoes in the room, they gave us a spray that we put on before taking a walk and everything was fine, no more mosquitoes in sight. Then they asked us for the room number to see if there were still any or if it was just a one-time thing.

    All right.

    Perfect

breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly, especially Manolo, room service manager. parking lot is very good, in a guarded indoor parking and with card access.

We hired the hotel because it advertises with a pool. IT'S A LIE. THERE IS NO POOL. The receptionist told us that the same thing has happened to many people. There were no toilet brushes in the rooms, I asked for them and they didn't take the request. The person in charge of the cleaning, very politely offered to clean the toilet as many times as necessary. PLEASE, PUT IN BRUSHES THAT WE ARE HUMAN AND IT IS NOT A MATTER OF CALLING THE CLEANING SERVICE AFTER LOSING WEIGHT EVERY MORNING. The bathtub although wide has no use, since they have removed the cap so you can not bathe and also have blocked the tap of the same, so at 47 º and no pool, you can only take a shower and can not even enjoy a small bath of fresh water. In the toilet there is little light, not enough to shave with a razor.

Excellent location next to the Alhambra entrance! Quiet and peaceful. Nice walk in the woods of Alhambra to downtown or to the Albaicin area. Value for money - room was huge compared.

The water pipes are rather noisy when using the bathroom.
